They threw off camouflage coats
Hungry for fare of maidens
Leaving behind a harem of
Wide-eyed, fatherless children
Jam buns are appetizers
And never a full meal
Fair maid, be sure of what you serve
Lest it loses appeal
Before the door slams in your face
And you are swift forgotten
Make sure that you are more than just
A mother to his children
