Camoflouged Cascade

He doesn't know I took these pics when he got off the bus today...

Today is dying down
Like rain, after a storm
A pitter-patter soundless sound
Of presence without form

Time is a winsome thing
Its touch none can escape
A mogul on the mantle-shelf
A magnate without shape

A camouflaged cascade
In synchronized alloy
As winter, spring, summer and fall
Slips manhood over boy

  1. "a mogul on the mantel-shelf, a magnate without shape...slips manhood over boy". Good lines.
