Somewhere in heaven a sugar-jar tipped; earth's every outline was silver dipped
Pour coffee
Sip slowly
Brazilian bronze
Flavors the air
Where a new day dawns
Think softly
Pray meekly
Breathe deeply, don’t fuss
Love wills God’s mercy
In new days, to us
He favors
Darkness
With silver and gold
Pour coffee
Sip slowly
And simply behold…
…up from the
Skyline
And down from His arms
We behold wonder
Where a new day dawns
