…and when I think that He
Who knows me utterly
Gave His own life a sacrifice
To set this sinner free
…and when I contemplate
His love forgiving hate
As cruel nail pierced Mercy’s Grail
In ignorance so great
…and when awestruck, I see
How hopeless life would be
Without His grace for human race
Because of Calvary
Then, I am full-amazed
How life from death was raised
Jesus is Lord forevermore
So let His name be praised
